Regular Business Hours:
If you wish to file a claim during regular business hours (8-5, Monday-Friday), you can do so by calling 616-949-9000, and one of our associates will be able to help you get your claim started.

After Hours Claim:
If you need to file an after-hour claim (regular business hours are 8-5, Monday-Friday) you now have two options.  Your first option would be to CLICK HERE, fill out our Preliminary Loss Report Form, and someone will contact you as soon as possible to get your claim started.  Your second option is if your carrier is listed below you can call the ‘800’ number provided to make your claim.  If you do call one of the numbers listed below please send an email to Tammie at tlloyd@doyle-ogden.com informing her that you filed your claim directly with the carrier.  If your claim is a ‘glass claim’ please CLICK HERE.
